Perfume Refills
Return to Refill is a considered way to replenish your Eau de Parfum, honouring the scent that has become part of your story. Your empty bottle comes back to us, is refilled by hand at our headquarters in Newtownards, and returns to you — the same bottle, not a replacement.
Whether it is the luminous notes of bergamot, fig-tea and sandalwood from STORIES Nº.01, or the warm trail of rose, honey and tonka from STORIES Nº.02, your signature scent can be renewed again and again. Refills are priced 20% below a new bottle, in 15ml, 30ml and 100ml.
Before you send your bottle
Packaging. Place your empty bottle inside its original STORIES perfume box, wrap it in protective material, and pack it inside a rigid outer carton. Please do not use a padded envelope or jiffy bag — these offer no protection against impact and bottles sent this way frequently arrive broken. Include your order number inside the parcel.
Sending it. In the UK and Northern Ireland we arrange complimentary courier collection from your door. In the Republic of Ireland, please post your bottle to us by a tracked and signed-for service — we then deliver your refill back at no charge.
Damage in transit. Glass is fragile and we have no control over how a parcel is handled once it leaves you. STORIES Parfums cannot accept responsibility for bottles damaged or broken on their way to us, from the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere. A broken bottle cannot be refilled.
