1. Purchase Your Refill – Select the correct size and scent that matches your existing STORIES Eau de Parfum bottle. A refill is only available for customers who have previously purchased a STORIES bottle.

2. Prepare Your Bottle for Return – Ensure your empty bottle is returned with the cap, neck, and spray intact.

3. Receive Your Pre-Paid Returns Label – We will provide a pre-paid returns label for easy shipping.

4. Refill & Delivery – Once we receive your bottle, we will refill it and return it to you with Complimentary Track & Trace delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refill process.
