Payment options, promotions, competitions, and programme terms for STORIES Parfums.

Clearpay is a payment service allowing you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments due every 2 weeks, in accordance with the relevant Payment Schedule, without any interest.

Review Your Purchase – Monthly Prize Draw

The prize draw runs monthly, with one winner chosen to receive a STORIES Hand & Body Wash 100ml and Lotion 100ml in their choice of STORIES Nº.01 or Nº.02 fragrance.

Open globally to customers aged 18+.
Entries must be submitted through Yotpo review links.
Winners will be contacted by email within 10 days of month-end.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The prize draw will be governed by Northern Ireland law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of Northern Ireland courts.

Boxing Day Return to Refill Event

This Boxing Day invitation supports our Return to Refill initiative and is subject to the terms below.

Offer

Offer applies to 100ml Eau de Parfum purchased on storiesparfums.com during the promotional period.
The complimentary refill is provided via the Return to Refill process and is not shipped automatically with the original order.

Promotional period

Valid for qualifying purchases made between 06:00 (local time) on 26 December 2025 and 23:59 (local time) on 1 January 2026, while stocks last.

How to redeem your complimentary refill

When your 100ml bottle is empty, purchase the matching 100ml Return to Refill product in the same scent.
Apply code sent in email at purchase at checkout to make the refill complimentary.
UK & Ireland: complimentary collection of your empty glass bottle is provided.
Redelivery applies: customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the refilled bottle back to them.

Validity

Complimentary refill entitlement is valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

Refills must match the original purchase in scent and size.
Cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
Subject to stock availability and successful return of the correct bottle components.

Overview

Our recycling initiative supports sustainability by offering perfume refills at a reduced cost. Participation requires adherence to the following terms.

Return to Refill

Refill purchases must match the returned bottle in size and scent. Return delivery of the refilled bottle is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Process

Refills can only be processed if the correct bottle, cap, spray, and neck are included.
The returned bottle must be securely packaged in its original box.
Parcels must be safely wrapped to prevent damage in transit.

Liability

STORIES Parfums is not responsible for broken or damaged bottles during transit to STORIES HQ.

Delivery of Refilled Bottles

Refills are delivered using Track & Signed service within approximately 5 working days after receipt.

Eligibility

Available for STORIES perfume bottles only. Returned packages must include the bottle, neck, and cap.

Exclusions

Discount codes cannot be used with this offer.
All refill orders are subject to stock availability.

STORIES Parfums Return Policy

We want you to love your fragrance, which is why our Try Before You Buy model lets you test your scent before committing to a full-size bottle.

Return Eligibility

100ml bottles must be sealed, unopened, and in original condition.
The 1.5ml sample must be tested first before returning the full bottle.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Returns

Opened, used, or damaged 100ml bottles cannot be returned.
Hand & Body products, discovery sets, and travel sizes are non-refundable.
STORIES Parfums is not liable for return shipping damages or lost packages.

How to Request a Return

Submit your request via our Return Portal.
Ship your sealed bottle using a trackable courier.

Step-by-step

Order your refill — purchase the correct size and scent on storiesparfums.com.
Prepare your empty bottle — include the cap, neck and spray; ensure the bottle is empty and clean.
Package securely — place the bottle in its original box (if available) and protect it well for transit.
Send to STORIES HQ — use a tracked service and retain proof of postage:

Processing & return — once received, allow approximately 5 working days for refill and dispatch via Track & Signed delivery.
