For those who already own a STORIES bottle.
This is a refill of your own bottle, not a new one. If you do not yet own a STORIES Eau de Parfum, please discover the fragrances first — a refill cannot be sent on its own.

Your bottle comes back to us, is refilled by hand, and returns to you.
Not a replacement. The same bottle, the one you chose and have carried, renewed rather than replaced. Refilled by hand at our headquarters in Newtownards and sent back to you.
Why refill
- The bottle stays yours. Heavy glass, weighted base, engraved if you chose that — kept, not discarded and bought again.
- Nothing is remade that does not need to be. No new glass, no new cap, no new box. Only the fragrance is renewed.
- It is the same fragrance. Same formula, same 20% concentration, same oils from the same house in Grasse.
- Complimentary collection. In the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland we arrange a courier to your door.
A bottle that is returned to rather than replaced is the whole idea. Circular luxury, without compromising on quality or experience.
How it works

Choose your refill
Select the size and fragrance that matches the bottle you own. -
Package your empty bottle
Place it in its original STORIES perfume box, wrap in protective material, and pack inside a rigid outer carton. Please do not use a padded envelope or jiffy bag. Include your order number inside the parcel. -
Send it to us
How your bottle reaches us, and how it returns, depends on where you are. Please see the table below. -
Refilled by hand
At our headquarters in Newtownards. Please allow up to five working days from the day it reaches us. -
Returned to you
Your own bottle, back with you, full again.

These arrangements reflect the shipping restrictions that apply to fragrance in each region.
Damage in transit. Glass is fragile and we have no control over how a parcel is handled once it leaves you. STORIES Parfums cannot accept responsibility for bottles damaged or broken on their way to us, from the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere. This applies whether you post the parcel yourself or we arrange collection, as the packaging is prepared by you. A broken bottle cannot be refilled.
