Damaged but….
"I ordered this but sadly arrived as shards of broken glass although packaged well and labelled fragile. Contacted STORIES customer service to express my disappointment, especially as wanted it in time for Xmas. They were very helpful and offered to send a replacement, and as an additional goodwill have included a small gift. I haven’t received yet as post not as efficient as it used to be, but hopefully soon. STORIES is a wonderful British company with lovely products, and offers old-fashioned service. Proud to support companies like this, will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you!"
