STORIES Parfums is an independent luxury fragrance house. Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our headquarters in Newtownards, Northern Ireland.

United Kingdom, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland

Complimentary shipping on all orders over £85

Express Delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland — Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.95 (1–2 working days).

Eau de Parfum refills are delivered complimentary to the Republic of Ireland, with no minimum order.

All deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon arrival.

International

All international orders are delivered by DHL Express, fully tracked, with all duties and taxes included.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Why fragrance ships differently

Eau de Parfum is alcohol based, which makes it a flammable liquid in transport terms. Once it leaves the UK and Ireland it must travel as dangerous goods — specialist handling, specific packaging, formal documentation and a licensed courier. This applies to fragrance in any size.

Hand & Body products, candles and accessories contain no alcohol and are not subject to these requirements, though they travel on the same service.

Duties & Taxes

Every international order is sent delivered duty paid. All duties and import taxes are covered by STORIES Parfums.

You will never be asked for a payment on delivery, and there are no surprise charges from the courier. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Order cut-off time: 11am (UK time)

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Return to Refill

As part of our commitment to circular luxury, our Return to Refill service brings your empty bottle back to us to be refilled by hand and returned to you.

Wherever you are, we each cover one leg of the return.

United Kingdom & Northern Ireland
We arrange complimentary collection of your empty bottle. We ask that you cover the delivery back to you.

Republic of Ireland
As we are unable to arrange collection, we ask that you cover the cost of sending your empty bottle to us, by a tracked and signed-for service. We cover the delivery back to you.

Packaging your bottle for return

Please place your empty bottle inside its original STORIES perfume box, wrap it in protective material, and pack it inside a rigid outer carton. Please do not use a padded envelope or jiffy bag — these offer no protection against impact and bottles sent this way frequently arrive broken. Include your order number inside the parcel.

Damage in transit

Glass is fragile and we have no control over how a parcel is handled once it leaves you. STORIES Parfums cannot accept responsibility for bottles that are damaged or broken in transit on their way to us — from the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or anywhere else. This applies whether you post the parcel yourself or we arrange the collection, as the packaging is prepared by you. A broken bottle cannot be refilled.

Sending your parcel tracked and signed for means there is a record if it is lost or damaged, and gives you a claim with the carrier.
