How to Refill your Perfume Bottles

To celebrate World Refill Day 2023, I'm sharing innovative ways to refill your beautiful glass STORIES Eau de Parfums bottles. It is my hope that one day you'll be able to refill these with our prestige retailers - until then, I've created two sustainable ways to reduce waste: a Return to Refill service and a simple Home Refill method.

HOW TO REFILL YOUR STORIES FRAGRANCE

RETURN TO REFILL

We offer refills for each of our Eau de Parfums, seamlessly handling every detail from collection to redelivery. Simply send us your empty fragrance bottle to be refilled and packaged  with loving care - and returned to you promptly. 

How it works:

1. Purchase your refill of choice with 20% savings - in a size & scent to match the one you're returning.
2. We'll email you a complimentary, pre-paid returns label via the email address you used for previous STORIES orders.
3. Please ensure your bottle has its cap, neck and spray intact - and securely attach the returns label. If possible please send bottle in its original STORIES perfume box to keep it extra secure.
   
4. We'll return your replenished STORIES Parfums via Track & Trace Delivery within 5 working days.
   
   

REFILL AT HOME

All of our perfume bottles are refillable and can be supplied with a Perfume Pipette for ease of transfer. Our 15ml and 30ml are the perfect size for on-the-go and can be refilled from our 100ml bottle. 

New to STORIES? Choose our refillable Contemporary Duo travel set, which includes a pocket size 15ml Eau de Parfum, 100ml Eau de Parfum and a Perfume Pipette for easy refilling, so you always have one fragrance at home and one for on-the-go!

Watch our video guide on how to refill your perfume at home or follow these simple steps:

1. Remove the lids and place your two bottles upright on a clean, flat surface
2. Gently unscrew each bottle top, setting the spray to one side on clean paper or tissue
3. Dip the pipette into the larger 100ml bottle - squeeze and release to refill
4. Place it into the smaller bottle and squeeze again to transfer the juice
5. Repeat 3+4 until you have filled the bottle to around 1cm from the top
6. Replace bottle tops and lids
7. Smell gorgeous, wherever you go!

More refills = less waste, supporting our commitment to recycle, reduce and reuse. Your perfume refill will cost 20% less than the RRP.
