Fragrance is classified as a restricted item for international air transport due to its alcohol content and flammability. Larger fragrance formats, including 100ml Eau de Parfum, require specialist Dangerous Goods handling, packaging, documentation, and courier services in certain regions.
While actual courier costs can exceed £180 per shipment, we continue to subsidise part of the international delivery cost to support accessibility for our global customers.
We are continuously working to improve international delivery solutions while ensuring all shipments remain fully compliant with transport regulations.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Return to Refill
As part of our commitment to circular luxury, our Return to Refill service includes complimentary collection and refill for our UK & Ireland customers.
We’ll arrange to collect your bottle, refill it at our headquarters, and return it to you.
We simply ask that you cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
