This invitation supports a more circular approach to fragrance — designed to reduce unnecessary waste while protecting the ritual of scent.
Please note: the complimentary refill does not ship with your initial order. It is claimed later, once your bottle is empty.
How it works
Purchase 100ml
Choose your 100ml Eau de Parfum during the event window.
Enjoy, then finish
Use your fragrance as normal. When your 100ml bottle is empty, you’re ready to return to refill.
Claim your refill
Within 6 months of purchase, follow the Return to Refill steps to request your complimentary 100ml refill.
Complimentary collection (UK & Ireland)
We offer a complimentary collection service in the UK & Ireland to return your empty 100ml glass bottle as part of our circular process.
You will be asked to cover reshipment when your refill is sent to you.

When do I receive the complimentary refill?
The complimentary 100ml refill is claimed later, once your bottle is empty. It does not ship with the initial 100ml Eau de Parfum order.
How long do I have to claim it?
Your complimentary refill is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Is complimentary collection available worldwide?
Complimentary collection is available in the UK & Ireland. Customers outside these regions can still participate by following the Return to Refill guidance on our information page.
Do I pay anything?
The refill is complimentary. You will be asked to cover reshipment when your refill is sent to you.
