This is a refill service — your original bottle is returned to us, refilled, and sent back to you.
At STORIES Parfums, we are committed to circular luxury. By refilling your bottle, you are supporting our initiative to reduce waste and extend the life of your glass bottle, without compromising on quality or experience.
How it works

Purchase Your Refill
Select the size and scent that matches your existing STORIES Eau de Parfum. -
Package Your Empty Bottle
Place it in its original STORIES perfume box, wrap in protective material, and pack inside a rigid outer carton. Please do not use a padded envelope or jiffy bag. Include your order number inside the parcel. -
Send It To Us
In the UK and Northern Ireland, we arrange complimentary courier collection directly from you. In the Republic of Ireland, please post your empty bottle to us by a tracked and signed-for service. -
Refill at Our Headquarters
Your bottle is professionally refilled at our headquarters in Newtownards. Please allow up to five working days from the day it reaches us. -
Returned to You
In the UK and Northern Ireland, we ask that you cover the cost of delivery back to you. In the Republic of Ireland, return delivery is complimentary.
Damage in transit. Glass is fragile and we have no control over how a parcel is handled once it leaves you. STORIES Parfums cannot accept responsibility for bottles damaged or broken on their way to us, from the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere. This applies whether you post the parcel yourself or we arrange collection, as the packaging is prepared by you. A broken bottle cannot be refilled.

"This is my 3rd bottle of Stories and I don’t intend to buy any other brand ever again. You have nailed it with scent creation! I love how both no:1 and no:2 both linger on the skin and never ever smell synthetic or a weird dry down like many perfumes do. The refill idea is such a good idea.
