Returns must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on any fragrance that has been opened or used.

Try Before You Buy

If you have not trialled STORIES Parfums before, we strongly recommend using your sample before opening your full-size Eau de Parfum.

Once opened, full-size products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds are only issued for items returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging to be eligible.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Our 1.5ml samples are designed to introduce you to the scent profile.

Due to the format, the projection (sillage) and longevity may differ from the full-size Eau de Parfum.

The full expression of the fragrance is best experienced through the full-size bottle.

Every sample order carries a credit toward a full-size STORIES Eau de Parfum.

Your bottle was made to be kept. Send it back to us, we refill it by hand at our headquarters in Newtownards, and return it to you. It is the same bottle, not a replacement.

Eligibility

• Available on STORIES Eau de Parfum bottles
• Your refill must match the scent and size of the bottle you send
• The bottle must be completely empty, with cap, neck and spray mechanism intact

Packaging and sending

• Bottles must be packaged in a rigid outer carton, not a padded envelope
• Sent tracked and signed for
• Your order number included inside the parcel

Delivery

• United Kingdom and Northern Ireland: complimentary courier collection arranged by us. Return delivery of your refilled bottle is £5.95 by Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Republic of Ireland: you cover the cost of sending your bottle to us. Your refilled bottle is returned complimentary, with no minimum order
• Rest of world: you cover the cost of sending your bottle to us and of return delivery

Please allow up to five working days from the day your bottle reaches us, plus delivery time.

Damage in transit

STORIES Parfums cannot accept responsibility for bottles damaged or broken in transit on their way to us, whether you post the parcel yourself or we arrange the collection, as the packaging is prepared by you. A broken bottle cannot be refilled. We reserve the right to decline refills where a bottle arrives damaged, incomplete or missing components.

Our Eau de Parfum bottles are refillable. The top is a screw fitting rather than a sealed crimp, so the bottle can be opened and filled again.

When travelling, please keep the bottle in its original box. A bottle carried loose in a bag or case rolls against the items around it, and over time the top can work itself loose.

We are unable to accept claims for leakage where a bottle has been carried loose after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
