Return to Refill brings your empty Eau de Parfum back to us, where it is refilled by hand at our headquarters in Newtownards and returned to you — the same bottle, not a replacement. Refills are priced 20% below a new bottle, and every one keeps another piece of glass out of landfill.
Available in 15ml, 30ml and 100ml, for both STORIES Nº.01 and STORIES Nº.02.
Sending your bottle
Please pack your empty bottle in its original STORIES perfume box, wrapped in protective material, inside a rigid outer carton — not a padded envelope. Send it tracked and signed for, with your order number inside.
We cannot accept responsibility for bottles damaged or broken in transit on their way to us. A broken bottle cannot be refilled, so please pack it well.
