Once you have placed your first subscription order, you will receive access to the customer portal via email. In the customer portal you will have access to alter different elements about your subscription.

Yes, in your subscription customer portal you will find a tab called 'Manage Subscriptions' - here you will be able to select one of the other subscription frequency options to suit you.

From the customer portal you have access to reschedule a delivery or skip a shipment. You can also update any billing or delivery information under the 'Address & Payment Details' tab.

Yes, you can swap out a product for another of your choosing through the customer portal.

Our perfume oils are blended in the perfume capitol of the world, Grasse, in the South of France and lovingly bottled in Northern Ireland.

Our range is vegan apart from STORIES Nº.02 which contains an element of honey from bees. We aim to be 100% vegan in the near future.

Yes, we do not test on animals or use any third parties who test on animals either. We also do not sell to any country which requires animal testing.

Our STORIES are numbered and not named to remove any preconceptions that we may have around notes and ingredients. Due to her own discovery whilst learning the art of perfumery, STORIES Founder, Tonya Kidd-Beggs found that we all have learned behaviours around our sense of smell.  Her own experience being so powerful she developed a passion to teach others how to develop their sense of smell and connect the aroma with their own story.  Therefore, she focus' on emotion and memory over notes.

Yes, we offer refills for each Eau de Parfum.  We will organise collection and redelivery.  We offer a perfume duo with pipette, allowing you to refill from the comfort of your home.  We are committed to sustainability and will continue to adapt and grow our refillable range with all new product development.

Sustainability has been at the core of our brand since the outset. We introduced new sustainable perfume packaging and did not want the original perfumes to go to landfill so we have given our customers the opportunity to purchase the perfumes at a lower price. The perfume remains the same quality, it is only the packaging that is different.

STORIES is an independent brand owned by Northern Irish entrepreneur, Tonya Kidd-Beggs.

All our perfumes are blended by hand by our Founder, Tonya as well as our Hand & Body collection which is also a bespoke hand crafted formulation.

If your product has been purchased from our website, or one of our accredited stockists, then your fragrance will be authentic. We cannot take responsibility if you purchase our fragrances from any second hand or unauthorised source.

Due to our extensive use of natural ingredients and high concentrations, you will find a small amount of sediment in our fragrances. This is completely natural and occurs in compositions like wood oils, resins, balsams and even some synthetic materials can leave sediment in a blend.
