A standard luxury candle holds around 190g of wax and one accord. The STORIES Nº.01 Bougie Parfumée Candle Trio holds 210g across three candles — and each one is built from up to twelve perfumery notes rather than a single scent.

Most candles are made to smell of one thing. These are composed the way a fine fragrance is composed: an opening, a heart and a base, each given its own candle. Burn one alone to follow a single tier. Burn all three together and the fragrance assembles in the air the way it would on skin.

What is inside

Three 70g candles, 210g in total. Each is hand-poured in small batches in the UK by a master candle maker, using organic ingredients where possible.

• Natural wax blend of responsibly sourced soy, coconut and rapeseed oils
• 100% cotton wick, free from lead
• 25 hours per candle, 75 hours across the trio
• Refillable — the glass is kept, not discarded

How to burn them

On first lighting, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface — it sets the burn for the life of the candle. Trim the wick before each lighting.

Inspired by STORIES Nº.01 Eau de Parfum, with some creative tweaks of its own.

Three candles, 210g of wax in total, 75 hours of burn.

At first light, allow STORIES Nº.01 Bougie Parfumée to burn for a minimum of 2 hours and no more than 4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Each 70g candle has a burn time of up to 25 hours, giving a total of 75 hours across the trio. Trim the wick before each lighting.

Once extinguished, protect your candles with our elegant French vintage glass dome.

• Natural wax blend of responsibly sourced soy, coconut and rapeseed oils. Vegan, cruelty-free, GMO-free, palm-free and without parabens, with ingredients organic where possible. Fragrance oils are a considered blend of natural and synthetic materials, chosen so that no animal-derived or animal-tested ingredient is ever used. 100% cotton wicks, lead-free and low-maintenance. Around 98% of production waste is recycled, and we offset team emissions monthly through Ecologi. Containers are reused or returned where possible, and excess wax is reset and used again. Produced in small batches in a small workshop.
