Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at STORIES Parfums. We are always looking for new ways to be even more sustainable, reduce waste and protect our planet - and we believe actions speak louder than words.

It is my hope that one day you'll be able to refill your beautiful glass Eau de Parfum bottles with STORIES' prestige retailers. Until then, we are introducing our very own service: 'Return to Refill'.

Return to Refill

Simply return your fragrance bottle to us and we will refill it, package it with loving care and return your bottle, filled with your favourite scent.

More refills = less waste, supporting our commitment to recycle, reduce and reuse.

As New Niche Fragrance Pioneers, a true sense of connectivity underlines our commitment to ensuring that we are as sustainable as possible:

• manufacturing with the lightest carbon footprint
• using raw 'rock' paper labels made from marble mining waste
• Zamak caps on our glass bottles, 100% recyclable 
• minimal use of plastic and no cello wrap
• repurposable boxes & FSC certified
• cruelty-free brand

Better for your Pocket

Your perfume refill will cost 20% less than the RRP.  

• 100ml - £120 (usually £150)
• 30ml - £60 (usually £75)
• 15ml - £32 (usually £40)

To make refilling even more accessible, returns are complimentary.

How to: Return to Refill

We've put systems in place to make sure the process runs fluidly - and most importantly - that you receive your refilled bottle of fragrance safely and efficiently. Here's how it works...

1. Buy your refill of choice with 20% savings - available exclusively from the 'Shop Refills' section of our website. Simply select the refill size & scent to match the bottle you're returning and check out as normal.
2. Our team will email you a pre-paid returns label.

3. Ensuring cap, neck and spray are intact, wrap your bottle with TLC (ideally in original box & a padded envelope).
4. Attach the returns label to the front of your package, post and wait to smell gorgeous again!
5. We will return your refilled STORIES Parfums fragrance Track & Trace Delivery.
